- Firstly, we have paused all active subscriptions to our coffee packs purchased on our mobile app and rest assured, we will only resume these once our cafés are fully operational. So you don’t have to worry about their validity and expiration. It is hard to tell when we will be able to open our doors to you again but we will be in touch and update you as we receive more information.
- We are also making sure that the Wave Coins you’ve collected so preciously will continue to be valid without any deductions to your loyalty levels. Once we’re up and running, you can start from exactly where you left off and continue to accumulate Wave Coins.
